Refund Process:

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your return package.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless you agree to a different method.
You will not incur any fees for the refund, there is no restocking fee, but the cost of delivering the goods is non-refundable.

Cancelation Process:

You can contact us and cancel your order as long as the status of your tracking number hasn't changed to "package shipped". Simply email us at info@missyandchris.com to cancel your order.
